Hello everyone! First off, I'd like to thank each and every one of you who's been interested in the development of our project, "Gene-Ric College". Your interest and support means the world to us, and it encourages us to make Gene-Ric College as lovely of an experience as it can be.
Second of all, we've found our password again, which is definitely why there was no update. /j
And third of all, with all jokes aside, I'd like to explain why the project went on hiatus and its future henceforth.

Glass Blossoms Team is (currently) a duo, with each person taking care of different aspects of the projects we're working on. I (Ollie) take care of the writing, art, and also the UI assets when we're not using the default assets. Tanaki takes care of the programming and music. Despite us referring to it as a "small project", Gene-Ric requires quite a lot of time and effort, especially to reach a level of quality we deem acceptable. As you can imagine, each of us has our work cut out for us. This is not considering our own personal lives, projects, and general happenings.

For the past year, we've been focused on our lives, personal projects, as well as (when time allows it) a secret, much bigger visual novel that we are extremely excited to show the world, however it's still very early on, and the story for it isn't even close to being half finished. Some of the things we were busy with include but not limited to: college, having a job, moving  halfway across the world, personal solo projects, our personal social media accounts.

Now that we are in a much better spot and our lives have calmed down a little, we are ready to get back to Gene-Ric  College and wrap up Lawrence's exciting, eventful first week at Gene-Ric with his newfound friends!
We are making good progress on the next update, "Update 3: Party", which will provide the conclusion to Elias' and Riley's story. However, it is too early to predict when this update will come out.
