You read that right, the worst case scenario is unfortunately true.

When we (and by that, I mean me and my friend) first started development on Gene-Ric College, we were excited to come up with characters that felt, above all, real. We knew that making a game, even if it was just a visual novel, was a major undertaking, yet wee tried our best to share those lovely characters with the world.

However, the real world has other plans, and with both of us busy with our own lives, we simply don't have the time to collaborate and work on Gene-Ric anymore. There is a chance that we have the opportunity to work on the project further, so we're not cancelling the project outright.

That being said, our original intention for Gene-Ric was just a stepping stone for a larger, deeper, and more complex story. We've figured many necessary things to make our projects the best they can be, and I, Ollie, am excited to share what I have in the future.
